Booking & Cancellation Policy:

For booking confirmation, **50% of the total amount** must be paid in advance.
The balance **50%** must be paid **on the spot at Check-In Time by CASH**. **NO CHEQUES** are accepted.
**Cancellation of Room:** All advance amount will be adjusted as **deferred booking** up to **3 months** from the original booking time.
**Refund Policy:** The adjusted amount will be applied as per the next booking availability of the room. Note that the rate may **NOT** be the same in all cases for the deferred booking.
